Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!

This is my very favorite holiday because all I have the do is wear green and have a great time.

Sadly, Mr. K does not like corned beef and cabbage. So, we are having a cabbage
relative, brussel sprouts (actually a favorite veg of mine), and a cousin of corned beef, chicken fried steak. I am not compromising on the mashed potatoes though. ;) As for the green beer, we decided to go with our favorite Hef, Blue Moon. We might try to make it green.

Blue Moon isn't technically a Hef...Hefs are German style and Blue Moon is Belgian.
